does anyone know where to buy MP3 and AAC license in order to encode and stream? Do you roughly know how much is it?

well done..the streaming just works perfect...great...are you streaming MP3 files? (I mean is your music library in MP3)
I am quite interested.can you reveal what software you are using for encoding to AAC....also do you have to pay any license for streaming AAC? ...
