I agree with Jay -- the SHOUTcast intro and backup option is a serious hack -- you would be better off hosting your own m3u/pls/ram/asx, etc file to launch your stream -- this way you won't be bound by the severe limitations of the intro being the same samplerate as the stream, etc ... as a matter o...

SHOUTcast Yport option? [Blocked/Proxied port 80]

Is there a Steamcast option that can change the port the the server uses when communucating with yp.shoutcast.com ? I ask because I am emulating the SHOUTcast yp locally [on a LAN] and while I can tweak the IP that yp.shoutcast.com resolves to, it will always use port 80 if i\'m correct. My director...
