I had the same problem (uhh still have).

So I just went with my browser to "yp.shoutcast.com" and got this message "This service is moved to shoutcast.com."

But I don't know where I should change this in the configuration file.

You mean the bitrate for streaming ?
For the statistics, the delay is now 2:48min. with a AAC+ bitrate of 48kbps

BTW great quality AAC+ even on 24kbps.
But I noticed I never have listeners maybe because of the low bitrate even it's very good quality in my opinion.

So I tried it out. Still a deleay of 2 min and 45 sec. But I can live with it. The status page I build around checks about the 3min so that is also behind now. The only thing I could think off , of this delay, is maybe because I don't use a soundcard (yet) Could it be that songs are playing too fast...

I have a terrible delay in what the server is sending for stream and what is winamp realy playing
Sometimes the time difference is 3 min !

I'm using a computer with no soundcard and winamp.
Works perfect with the out_null plugin but it can't cross-fade.

Does someone know of a cross-fade plugin running with winamp without a soundcard ?

Did you change the bitrate of the stream while listening to your own server ?

I tried again and now was it working.
I forgot I also at my IP to the VIP list.

So when I deleted my IP from that list , the .ban list came.

Problem solved

I banned myself ,only to try it out, but afaik I didn't find a .ban file.
I will try it later again maybe I'm wrong
