how do I add a Live365 server to Radio tool box to see its stats. All I can seem to get going is Radio tool box seeing the SC server and showing its stats? so how do i do it?

I heard that these royalty rates (0.07 a song) dont effect us people in australia. is that true. some people say they are different some people say we dont have any. Can someone help me here.
