any suggestions on portable recorders for doing on site interviews?

I had talk with a friend...who happens to be an interested lawyer...if this bill existed before hip hop.... hip hop would never have been invented....U CANT MIX NO MO....YES...I WAS TALKING TO A LAWYER FRIEND AND U CAN KISS MIXING GOOD-BYE...NO MORE CUSTOM DJING....it will be illegal...tell your fri...

I wonder if they would force non-copyrighted material to be broadcast in mp3 format...or would mp3 simply disappear

I agree 100%....I am not even up and running...and this will put me out...really pissed already sent letter to congressman...we really have to stamp this out

what if you have permission from the owner of the content.....will you be aloud to broadcast without paying out cash to the RIAA
