I found that it wasn't happy with Win2k. I moved the software to a WinXP machine with the same config file, same network cable, everything and it works great. Go figure.

I'm trying to use Steamcast to relay an existing Shoutcast stream. I've set up the Relay portion of the config. to pull the stream.
