Absolutely useful tip, Jay. The SAM2 Broadcaster is marvelous and exactly what I had in mind. I already ordered the software and after we examine it maybe we will have to buy some training courses. Thanks a lot.

An exciting project

I'm starting a project that has me very excited: a mobile internet radio station, sponsored by a huge PC company and an even bigger procesor manufacturing company. I have to build a portable radio cabin and in that cabin I can have the latest in technology to broadcast whatever we do live in it thro...

Maybe it is on demand, but I don't know how

This is a very basic question, I know, but I'm really a newbie in this subject. I have a radio show on the air in "normal" radio every sunday; I broadcast it through the web too, in real time, but I also record it. What I want to do is to upload the recorded version to my site and make tha...

I couldn't get CDDB to give me the info :( Any ideas how can I recover that? It seems that the CD_Reader overrode my current CDDB settings :(

Basic question about CD playing

I know this will sound too basic and maybe stupid to the most expert broadcasters, but after more than a year this is the first time I'm trying to do this: I want to play some CD's in my PC and broadcast them directly at the same time, without ripping them first. Is this possible? Because Winamp DSP...

Spasiva bolshe, or whatever you write it ;) Thank you, really thank you, you solved my problem at last :)

I deleted a stupid edit I did, but it seems I will send you a mail or PM to see if you help me understand some things about configuring the linerec. Thanks again

Turning Winamp DSP on and off at given times

Is this possible? I will explain why I want to do this: I re-broadcast a normal AM station on line and the every program has to pay for their on line broadcast. Soe of them do, some of them don't, so I need to turn the stream on and off or switch between the Soundcard Input and the Winamp Input, to ...

I thought this thread adressed a subject I've been wondering for some time: is it possible to switch from inputs in the Shoutcast? What I want to do is automatically switch from Line input to a winamp list at given hours. For example, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM my Shoutcast will use the line input and ...

F**king virus :(

I just got hit with a virus, because I lent my PC to a friend that wanted to check mails. I have to reinstall the RTB because I lost a lot of things. If I have a problem I'll write here. Meanwhile, if anyone here received an infected mil from me, I'm really sorry and I didn't want to, ok?
