When starting steamcast server, I get this error message.

What am I missing here?

Im having problems setting up steamcast. I don't seem to have the lame mp3 encoder. downloaded the dll, which didn't work, also upgraded to latest winamp, and saw the encoder load as part of the install progress. Still doesn't show up as an option under the dsp setup.
