Kicking DJs/Sources from Multiple Shoutcast Streams?
Does this program or anything related have the ability to remotely kick each source connected to several Shoutcast streams simultaneously? As of now, I have to enter the Shoutcast admin panel for each stream and kick each source one by one. However, I'm looking for a script or command that will allo...

Intensity Check Interval Stuck???
I have noticed that the default 30 sec server interval checker in OPTIONS is getting stuck at about 3/4 of the bar. I'm not sure if the GUI is designed to have the green bar throttle only that far, but I do notice that the listener data isn't really refreshing as well. I have tried to play around wi...

Re: Online Log Panel - Estimated Listeners
Is the Online Log Panel offline? I have had RTM running for the past day uninterrupted, but now I am unable to see any data under SERVERS.

Online Log Panel - Estimated Listeners
What is the time period that this stat covers? It isn't clear to me whether these estimated numbers are based on 7 days data, real-time when you poll the data, or overall total since the stream was entered into the RTB account. Estimated Unique Listeners: Number of estimated unique listeners that ha...

Great.. Is there a way to make this level of information available in the remote Web Panel page that is tied to the software?Jay wrote:You can log in to your online log to see peaks and more playlist analysis. http://log.radiotoolbox.com/

Re: Listener Count # Discrepancy Between RTM & Shoutcast.com
Radio Toolbox will actually be far more accurate than SHOUTcast.com since SHOUTcast.com actually trails stats. Check your server list for the station and make sure that all of your servers are recognized and identified correctly. So long as they are and they report listeners counts then it should b...

Capturing Peak Listener Count for Streams
Is there a way to configure the program to capture the peak listener count for each stream? The current format requires one to visually monitor the feeds 24/7 and assess the peak listener count a stream has reached for a given day before it dips down. However, the shoutcast dnas page does have a pea...

Is there an auto-refresh on the web admin panel? I seem to have to manually refresh the browser page.

Listener Count # Discrepancy Between RTM & Shoutcast.com
Is there a lag between the listener count #s that RTM displays versus what is on shoutcast.com. I am noticing as much as an 80 listener count difference at times between the numbers that RTM reports and that Shoutcast.com report. When I visit the DNAs stream URL directly, it most closely aligns with...

Re: Web Admin Panel
You simply can open the port that your Radio Toolbox web instance runs on. Then go to http://<your ip>:4000/ You should be able to control many aspects of Radio Toolbox's monitoring from within that panel. Yes that works. I had errors before, but it is showing up with the ip. That said, what folder...
