RTB is inactive
My RTB ver. 2.3.0 (build 300) is inactive. Why? RTB display: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. What can I do?

I solved this problem. Mistake is in my side.
In radiotoolbox app one stream add http://localhost:8080/stream.mp3 (display listeners)
and one stream add http://localhost:80/stream.mp3 (not display listeners)
Change second server to: http://192.168.1.215:80/stream.mp3 (now display listeners ...

Hello!
I don't know, what is wrong. I transmit radio stream in 80 and 8080 port.Port 8080 display listeners, but 80 NOT dispay. Display only 0 listeners.
I check my stream with mobile app and both ports normaly play stream. Separate with localhost and different IP.

In my PC win 10 I installed radiotoolbox v2.1.3. One stream display corectly, but now I like to add new server. Read up posts, but if in last step click to File" -> New nothing changes.
If click to File -> Open URL display
