Unfortunately this is a subjective matter. Quality and artifacts are going to be in any stream. A few possible reasons for lower then reasonable quality is. Poor source content encoding. Poor quality source encoder/player. Misconfigured encode settings.

bad requests are normal to see, so that may have little to do with your problem.

A bad request can occur if someone makes a connection to your server yet sends no request. Which is fairly common.

This feature is dependent on many factors which relates to data throughput. This can be effected by steamcast itself as well as how the OS handles recv and send calls. At this time I cannot guarantee its accuracy.

You are still misunderstanding, I am not saying you have too many sources, I am saying you have too man SourceAuth defines for each mount. Please check that if you have 2 source definitions that you only have two SourceAuth definitions and that both are set to yes.

You have too many SourceAuth definitions for one.

Steamcast will only follow the last one which in all your mounts is Set to No.
