It sounds like something is not right with the streamauth.txt configuration. Do you see your user in the webinterface? Go to Admin -> User Table. You should see your user there.

chmod the stats directory where the catcher file is to 777 and try running the testing again. Once it is successful you can set the chmod back to the current setting.

yup tis the issue with distributing binaries reliant on shared libs. Next update will have a static build although last time I tried it I had problems with it as well. We will see though.

your server is not viewable by the internet. You need to make sure that your have properly configured any firewalls to forward packets to steamcast. Refer to your firewall/Router manual for how to do this.

You need to make sure that your browser is passing referrer information in the request headers. after that you need to make sure that the link is on a site that matches the one in the directory.

It makes no difference where the website is located so you can host that anywhere. The stream is a different story. You will need a host with a decent amount of bandwidth and 200Gb is not going to cut it.
