please post tech questions in the steamcast forum. You will get a better response rate by posting queries in the correct forum. I have moved your topic for you.

The reason why this is happening is because your encoder user/pass is the same as your admin user/pass.

They need to be completely ...

interesting, I guess I need to put more memory checks in. Also I need to stop using the stack for memory. Perhaps with some tweaking here we can fix this issue. As a side note, Freebsd gave me the same problem and I had to move some memory off the stack.

I am in the admin and I look at all posts offering free bandwidth with skepticism. If this is viewed as hostile then I am sorry but I am going to remain skeptical.

You came here spamming and now you want me to delete your post? Which do you want? Free advertising or Censorship. Honestly it makes no ...

Well I think you should tell what the limitations are before making this offer. You never said anything about a 32kbps limitation nor did you say you would spam your business on the channel.

the issue is somewhere in the libs on fedora, it is the only system reported to me as not being capable of running steamcast solidly. Also static can fix this but it still may have issues, I know when I originally compiled it statically it gave me problems on other systems with the network code.

yea I guess a first step would be to try a static compile.

For linux I will try to offer both dynamic an static although on some systems I had trouble with static compiles as well.

can't hurt to try, let me know the outcome. Although I think in order to really fix this I need to just compile a fedora version.

Windows Media player as well as other browser embedded players use the proxy settings of the browser. You will need to find your work's proxy and input that into the Proxy setting for Winamp.

our server now syncs with US government time servers.

As for your other suggestions

I am not sure I am understanding all of them, you are using not in many of the sentences where I think you are just asking if something could be done.

For instance: second, can the graph not be made to represent ...

However, i may be lowering that down to 512KB as most streams (even video) are never bigger then that.
