The ftp service uses a template and updates your webpage based off that template, check out the docs page at the menu to the left for full details.

Radio Toolbox does not recognize SHOUTcast's AIM, ICQ and other contact attributes.

no winamp expects an aac extension, there is no encapsulating format for shoutcast aacPlus streams, it is raw.

aacPlus is the same for AAC as mp3Pro is for mp3 if that helps any. So you would use the normal extension regardless.

You would use the MaxUser Setting

well currently steamcast is just not written to do that. The backupmount feature is purely there to allow existing clients the ability to stay connected, no new listeners coming in on that mount will be redirected. For smooth handoffs I recommend one master source that handles all of your dj's and ...

i would imagine that since ssh is pure console there won't be such a thing as it would not be able to playback any sound anyway. Unless I am misunderstanding your reasons for doing such a thing.

hmm that is strange. It seems that fedora and the later red hats are having some difficulty with some of the steamcast feature. I may do a build seperate for just fedora.

I don't have an RH Enterprise system to do any tests on unfortunately so once I have a build for fedora you could try that out.

just as an FYI in 0.9.73 the bitrate limiting was changed it no longer disconnects sources over the limit it now throttles so you as the listener will experience extreme buffering if a source exceeds this limit.

Editing of the steamcast pages is not available yet. When on-demand is finished I may allow some minor editing capabilities.

if that is the case then i guess they finally worked out a deal with the royalty associations. I know they had been working on getting that capability. You might ask them if it applies to other search directories.
