Use the SourceRelay variable. If you want to to cluster on their YP use ip:port

you will have to put the dsp into record from soundcard mode to achieve that. Then record Stereo mix or What U Hear in the Recording control panel.

As far as a schedular I would look around the Winamp Plugins section, particularly under General Plugins.

If your pc is directly connected to the internet then the problem is likely that you ISP is blocking the requests.

If you have a router between you and the internet then that is likely the cause of the problem and you should look into forwarding the ports.

Also make sure that the Windows XP ...

If you have used the shoutcast server in the past it is exactly the same as you would for their server.

I always recommend starting small, to control costs. Starting at 50 is a very reasonable number, if you list in the yp and have good content it may take you a few days before that is really crammed. If you do heavy promotion via traditional media, then guage based off what size audience you think ...

I would think that to a large degree it would all depend on how much you are spending. If you are talking about more then 2000 listener split across 4 servers I am sure someone would be willing to work with you.
