relay has never really worked, it's something that needs work. Make sure the master server your relaying from has a metaint of 8192.

Title formating has never and will never take over a relayed stream, this is for yp consistency.

Explain more on what you mean by "bumped to the end'.

The steamcast ...

already is in there

You can SIGUSR1 the server or you can call admin.cgi?mode=rehash

There are several untested things regarding this feature which is why I haven't really publicized it's existence.

well I tuned into your stream and saw TEST as your current title, then 123. So someone is doing something right :)

The username is not neccessary, only password, make sure that SourceIsSC is set to yes in the source configuration but I gather by the results from above that it is working already.

you don't have to specify a mount, just

ip:8000/admin.cgi?mode=updinfo&pass=password&song=Song%20Title

Make sure you use the encoder's password.

Check the point the Source makes the connection and see if there are any errors.

The reason I asked was because I released it this morning without that patch and then patched it and redistributed it with it a few minutes later, so you might try redownloading it and seeing if it works now.

when you uploaded them to your server did you use FTP? If so, did you upload them in ASCII mode?

yes I am working on rewriting the listener count code as we speak.

NSPlayer is Windows Media Player so it might not be wise to ban it unless you have something against those who use Microsoft products :)

xine is another media player. I strongly caution Steamcast users from being over-zealous with ...

sure, although I have pretty much reworked this code it can't hurt to see how you are getting it to do this.
