Just as an FYI, Steamcast supports SHOUTcast sources and methods and also lists at both shoutcast.com and icecast.org.

The event displayed should not be a crash causing event, something you might also try is disabling all logging and see if it no longer ...

I don't allow the use of HTML, it is a big security risk to leave that open

as I said the best you can do is change the extension for full compatibility.

One thing I have changed since I posted that code was I now have it generate the sig file as a static image and include the signiture script in ...

some forums require that if you use the [img] tag that it have the extension of jpg, gif, png or some other such non-sense, especially is the case with phpBB.

Beyond that I don't know, it all depends on what forum software the message board is using.

yes redownload steamcast, I replaced it last night, there was minor issue with some Icecast2 specific tools not relaying now playing information.

If you already have gotten that version then please let me know which tool you are using to source the server.

You can keep this on one thread please.

I do not keep 3 year old vulnerable versions of my software.

I understand that you like Live365, but they don't like us. (us as in third party developers).

I am locking this thread because it is essentially a carbon copy of the other thread you created ...

is there anyway you can post a link to your server so I can check it out first hand?

I have tested this with the ezstream app currently up on icecast.org's website and it worked flawlessly for over an hour.

check all your paths.

if you are not executing steamcast with the configuration option in the command line make sure that the server and configuration file are in the same directory and that directory is where you execute the server. It defaultly looks in the current working directory.

yes,

the very minimum is:

SourceMount
SourceUser
SourcePass
SourceUserMax

by 1.0 I hope to remove the requirement for the sourceusermax but for now go ahead and use it instead of UserMax.
