try opening a command window and typing

telnet yp.shoutcast.com 80

if you get a connection the screen will go blank. if not you will get an obvious error

try for 666 as well, if neither work then you are stuck behind a proxy and will not be able to list your server from that machine.

check the YPort configuration option in your config file and make sure it is either 80 or 666

if it is already set to 80 try setting it to 666, you are probably behind some sort of funky proxy.

if you are going to do on-demand then I wouldn't use SHOUTcast, it's really not designed very well for that.

Consider using a webserver instead.

how are you deducing that this is an issue with Radio toolbox? Radio toolbox is merely a stat gathering program. So it's not immediately appearent to me why you clicking to go live and having winamp lock up relates to Radio Toolbox?

do you own or know the owner of the router? If so then you need to look in your routers manual on port forwarding, or ask the owner of the router to port forward the shoutcast ports to the machine running SHOUTcast.

i never give ETA's sorry.

When it's ready, I hope that is soon but I have been extensively testing it for durability over long periods of time to ensure that it's as stable as possible, if all goes well you might see something this week, if not then it might be a little later.

usually by finding your real ip address. use ipconfig to determine what your ip address is, if you are in a network then it might be more complicated.
