ask your host provider to install php. Either that or use the FTP service.

start up the Radio Toolbox application and go to the options pane and select the Script Service tab, there, put the url to the catcher.php as you would if you were going to it in a browser.

hmm if you look to the left you should see a menu with a submenu and at the bottom of that submenu is "Logout ..."

You can also change your password by clicking profile.

depends on the server but typicall server's act as repeaters and don't need much hardware to run.

as to your first question:
The stream server is responsible for meta data output, IE SHOUTcast DNAS.

As to your other question.
The DSP sends the password, followed by the headers and then an indefinate amount of mp3 data.
