well typically what I do to debug such things is to use a regular ftp client to connect to the server and figure out where I am, it's possible that it's using your start directory as root. So if you login and it starts you in /home/wda1/ then you would do something like this for Upload Folder ...

when you go into the FTP options screen of Radio Toolbox you see 7 fields, one is called Upload Folder, make sure its set to a proper path on the remote server where you want the file to be uploaded.

Radio Toolbox cancels stat requests if it feels it's taking too long for the request to process, usually this is related to some problem with your internet service provider (ie: slow network connections)

just use the encoder to record from your sound card what sources you want to air, make sure that the recording controls are setup to record from the soundcard itself, usually labeled 'What U Hear' 'Stereo Mix' 'Mix Out' etc..

make sure that you have the right url in the script url field of your configuration file, and restart Radio toolbox and see if that error goes away.
