You don't need to download from it, just choose to edit the file in their file manager thingy and you should see the php code unparsed. Parsed is when the code passes through the php engine (i.e. through your server)

If you see the stats showing in your example pages then includes.php has stuff in ...

well certainly they give you some sort of online file manager to edit or view your file structure, look through there if they do and see if you can find the information you need that way. Just make sure you are looking at the file unparsed by a server and you should see the neccessary tags.

Are you looking at it through FTP or through your Browser? Because nothing will show up if you look through your browser, use a shell account or FTP to look directly at the file.

hmm not sure, you would definately pay more per slot with this type of setup, also the provider would have to have this type of tool, and currently there really are no tools out there (as far as I know) suited for this need that have a great user base, so this certainly will be a custom service.

well it only fills after your Radio Toolbox has successfully touched the catcher.php script and the script has not failed to write to includes.php.

Well availability of documentation will be more obvious in the next version. I will certainly consider adding this particular problem to the faq as well. Considering that this is not the first time I have gotten this question.

that is for the Log Service, if you do not have an account at log.radiotoolbox.com then uncheck the 'I have a log service account.' box in the Options window and that will go away.

well as it is a free deal I do not manage it directly, it is automated. Also because it is free and resource instensive it needs to be vigorous about removing inactive accounts, to allow new users to get into the system. Otherwise I will just have a bunch of dead accounts from people who either did ...

well the thing is, I am not sure what broke it, and with no way of testing it, I am not sure what to fix. That's why I can't support it anymore, I will look around in my code and see if there is anything obvious, but I can make no guarantees.

I have discontinued support of Live365 since beta 4, unfortunately it was getting too restrictive to work in their environment and I couldn't gather stats from my free account (can't afford an account) so stats for them was dropped.
