Open the station tab by double clicking the station or right clicking the station and choosing "Open Tab"

Then in the station tab view right click and choose "New"

Description field is something that will have to be pulled from an individual server.

So to get the description field you would do

%_SERVER_0_DESCRIPTION_%

This will pull the description of the first listed server in your Station's server list.
