As I said in the other thread, I am aware of the issue and will be issuing an update this month to fix this problem.

When we build the administration console shoutcast was still changing the way things worked on their side. I will try to test it on the latest version and get it fixed up before the next update.

The Steamcast directory will now make every effort to tune into your stream utilizing HTML 5 or flash before requiring the user to use their own player.

You would set it up the exact same way you would as an Icecast 2 stream.

Setup your mount in Steamcast, give it a Mount User and then use those authentication details to send a stream to it from Edcast just as you would in an Icecast 2 server.
