Double click the log entry and it might give you more details as to why it could not connect.

Can you send over more data? Screenshots of the peak in both clients as well as configurations for both would help. Also make sure that Radio Toolbox isn't stuck and it is actually actively updating.

Odd that it gives you a "No Source" error. Can you send over your Steamcast config as well as a screen shot of your edcast config.

Well the source user should only be able to connect an encoder. That is all they get no panel access, if you want them to be able to get panel access and stats then they need to be a Mount Manager.

So you can see the full stats if you just look at the Stations tab?
I will say we haven't tested Radio Toolbox with Steamcast too terribly much so there could be some bugs.

Yes please note, that in order to use the old SHOUTcast server encoder (version 1) you will need to supply your encoder Username and Password in the form of

Any reason why? That version is very outdated and has security issues. We are currently not recommending that anyone use this version because the server can be exploited and allow remote access and execution by an unprivileged user. It also does not support the new Icecast directory requirements. So ...

Literally it is the sum of all listeners counts over the coarse of a the period divided by the average which is then divided by the change in listener-ship. What it tells you is how high your turn over is. So a busy stations with lots of change in peaks will have a higher turn over of listeners ...
