Re: Unable to connect to server error

Double click the log entry and it might give you more details as to why it could not connect.

Re: Listener count RTB vs SAM

Can you send over more data? Screenshots of the peak in both clients as well as configurations for both would help. Also make sure that Radio Toolbox isn't stuck and it is actually actively updating.

Re: Foobar2000 & Edcast-DSP

Odd that it gives you a "No Source" error. Can you send over your Steamcast config as well as a screen shot of your edcast config.

Steamcast should work with any Icecast v2 source out of the box however user management in Steamcast is a little different. You might try using your admin credentials ...

Re: User management broken in Steamcast 0.9.9 beta?

Well the source user should only be able to connect an encoder. That is all they get no panel access, if you want them to be able to get panel access and stats then they need to be a Mount Manager.

Re: Erro getting Steamcast Stats

So you can see the full stats if you just look at the Stations tab?

I will say we haven't tested Radio Toolbox with Steamcast too terribly much so there could be some bugs.

Where are the stats showing incorrectly?

There is news that LoudCity might be sold instead of shut down so you might be ok to wait things out.

Re: Steamcast 0.9.75

Any reason why? That version is very outdated and has security issues. We are currently not recommending that anyone use this version because the server can be exploited and allow remote access and execution by an unprivileged user. It also does not support the new Icecast directory requirements. So ...

Re: Listener Conversion Ratio

Literally it is the sum of all listeners counts over the coarse of a the period divided by the average which is then divided by the change in listener-ship. What it tells you is how high your turn over is. So a busy stations with lots of change in peaks will have a higher turn over of listeners ...
