Does the server supply meta data? Have you tried testing with an actual SHOUTcast server other then DI?

That's not an error it just means you have not enabled the client to send log information to the log service site.

You need to specify that you want it with the meta request header when your client makes a connection to the server. Check the article for details.

the icecast.org directory requires hostnames to be sent with the request, steamcast doesn't currently support this.

Is this something that only happens with Firefox? Does a source application cause a seg fault?

Blank return pages are normal as this is what is expected by shoutcast source applications.

Your question is too broad. As I said, steamcast appears to be running fine, it's just being blocked by a firewall or router.
