You must run the Radio Toolbox agent to get the stats. You can run Radio Toolbox on any windows machine so if you have a hosting environment with a windows server you can run it there.

For log analyzing check out www.radiotoolbox.com/downloads/log_analyzer.exe

No unfortunately our tool relies on the server information and if that stays constant we have no way of knowing when a break occurred. The only thing that would know that would be the source.

i am not familiar with their assertions so I don't know, perhaps you could give me a sequence of how the failure occurs, what happens when and then next and so forth to ensure that steamcast isn't the problem or contributing.

Those message box's are not referencing steamcast at all. Are you certain it is steamcast or something upstream?

the site is not designed to do that. Have you tried using opera on another system to see if it resolves itself?

The only way I know to do such a thing would be to have winamp play and re encode it or to pull the audio source if you can encode on the same machine.

This issue could be either one of two things. The dj either has his sample rate different then yours or has his channel count different (stereo vs mono)

no you will create a new configuration file for each port and then start each instance with each configuration file. You can also just install SHOUTcast more then once in different locations to get the same effect.

I run vista and have not had this issue. I believe that your issue is related to permissions issue.

SourceGateway should be set to an file of the same codec and bitrate, samplerate and channel setting.
