Still doesn't work. I am using:

Password: [from steamcast.conf] -- also tried hackme
Mount: /live

k I tried it with my copy of SAM which is v4.2.2 and it took it fine using your admin username and password. I know this may seem simple but make sure you are choosing the Steamcast Statistic Relay plugin, using the wrong plugin could be causing this. I am using an icecast statistic relay panel set...

Like I said, the stream works fine, so there are no errors. The problem is the stats relay. No answers forthcoming on the SpacialAudio Discussion Board. They'll help out with .mp3, .wma, but not icecast streams.

My stream has worked fine on Steamcast for many months? What is the Steamcast web panel? I never used it.

In steamcast.conf, I see User: Encoder, so I changed User to Encoder in the SAM stats relay panel. Now, I get this error message:

So is it the encoder or the statistic relay that has to connect via the public IP? That sounds really strange. The reason you can't connect via the public IP could be multiple. If you have a router then a firewall might be blocking the source port, so be sure to open both the port specified in the ...
