Re: Strange Listeners
User Agents can be crafted to say anything, so keep that in mind when deciding to ban based on them. Unlike IP they are client provided. Presuming Shoutcast, you are correct, Shoutcast servers limit subnet bans to class C, however you could generate a list of all C class subnets in 34 and 35 and put...

Re: Kick Listener Not Working
Glad, I could help, if you want to change your credentials to the adminpassword, right click the server on the station's tab and choose "Forget Credentials". Next time you view the listener detail tab it will ask you for credentials for that server.

Re: Kick Listener Not Working
Just for clarity, when you gave Radio Toolbox your password, did you give it your "adminpassword" or your "password" from the sc_serv.conf?
Both will work for stats, but only "adminpassword" will allow kicks and bans.

Re: Kick Listener Not Working
I am having trouble duplicating this bug. In testing I am using SHOUTcast Server v2.5.5.733/win64 and it kicks as it should. Can you tune into your own stream and kick yourself with Radio Toolbox and confirm you are staying connected past a minute or two after the kick?

Re: Kick Listener Not Working
What type of server were the listeners on that you were trying to kick? Shoutcast? Icecast? Which version?
Thanks,
Thanks,

Re: Live365 Stations
TLDR: No, we do not currently support Live365. We feel Live365 should be supporting us, not us supporting them. However, it's a long story on how we got here, if you want to know more, continue reading. Radio Toolbox has supported Live365 on and off over the years. Live365 has been around as a strea...

Depends on the server that is used by the station you are interested in.

Re: on line log listeners numbers
Hi René, All listener counts in the online log are cumulative, so "addition" as you say. Historically online log focused on listening trends in tracks. However, as we look to expand and show other stats unique counts will be considered. If something is unique it will be clearly identified ...

Re: Invalid Login error - Radio Toolbox desktop app
Just to update the community, thanks to Julian's report we have patched an issue where certain special characters would not be valid in Radio Toolbox's API causing the application to reject your account if certain characters were used. You can now happily set your password with any special character...

Re: Invalid Login error - Radio Toolbox desktop app
Hello Julian,
Happy to see you can post here.
Since you can, your account should be usable in then Radio Toolbox application. I would try setting the username and password in the options panel and then select "Save" and completely restart the Radio Toolbox application.

Re: Listen Stats/Shoutcast Authetication User Name
If you don't know your Shoutcast username then it is likely set to "admin". Use the same credentials you use to login to your Shoutcast web panel. Also you should be careful with using "stream" as the mount name. It seems to cause confusion in Shoutcast since they use stream as a...

Re: RadioToolbox won't recognise stream server password
Thank you, this is definitely helpful. I see a huge flaw already just from your log. Which specific version of windows are you using?
When you checked %localappdata%\RadioToolbox were there any directories located in there or was it completely empty?

Re: RadioToolbox won't recognise stream server password
Can you send me details about the Icecast server in question? Which version is it?
Is it happening with just that server or all servers you try to add?

Re: Saving Listener Count to Text file
If you have an application that is trying to read something from a file from your file system and it expects it to be in the same place you will want to use the "Update" option for mode. This will overwrite the file every time there is a change. For Line, you need to put what should be in ...
