can i broadacast a recorded/live audio in a wirelessly connected network using Windows Media ENcoder 9 ? :?: :?: :?:

You sure can. The type of topology makes no difference to the encoder so long as it supports the TCP/IP standards.

i have another question... when i'm listening to the live audio stream (mic) i hear fading out echoes of the voice input.. can you explain why it happens? thanks... :D

Are you listening on the same machine as you are broadcasting from? It could be the mic is picking up audio from the speakers or headphones.
