Relay on another format

Hi,

Is there possibility to run steamcast as relay from AAC+ shoutcast stream to MP3 stream?

You will need a transcoder for that.

Do You know any for linux or windows, for AAC+ input streams? I was searching a lot, but didnt find anything.

You could just have a separate installation of winamp tuned into the primary stream and restreaming in AAC+. Oddsock has one http://www.oddsock.org/tools/streamTranscoderV3/ if you would prefer to not have winamp tuned in all the time.

streamTranscoderV3 doesn't work for me, I tried to convert AAC+ to mp3, but without results. They even wrote on website: "STV3 will only accept in MP3 or OggVorbis streams on input" - so it can covnert mp3 to aac+, but not from the other side.

Solution with Winamp is really good idea, but of course not so "ellegant".
