FTP Timed Out

Ya I'm Pretty Sure I Filled In Everything Correctly But My FTP Thing In Current Stats Window Keeps Saying Timed Out And When I Go To The Upload File On My Site That I Put In The FTP Options, Nothing Shows, So I Must Have Done Something Wrong? Here Are My Settings:

FTP Username: eribro19
FTP Server: eribro19.100webspace.net
Port: 80
Upload Folder: eribro19.100webspace.net/winamp/
Upload File: eribro19.100webspace.net/winamp/playing
Template File: C:\Program Files\Radio Toolbox\template.txt

Upload Folder: eribro19.100webspace.net/winamp/
Upload File: eribro19.100webspace.net/winamp/playing

Change to

Upload Folder: winamp
Upload File: playing.html

and think your port might need to be 21
