Icecast servers show 0 listeners

Post by skoen »

I'm having issues with Icecast-servers only showing up with 0 listeners. I am able to get the title, and when I visit the status page using the browser I see the listener count, but the Toolbox isn't.

Will RTB ever support pulling listener stats from Icecast 2 KH?

I am having a simular situation where the listener count is showing 0 but I know for a fact that at least 3 people are on at the moment. Not 100% sure if it is an Icecast server but it is hosted on Radionomy and the server is http://listen.radionomy.com/w3zhotline all of the song info shows up

Thanks

Radionomy stats will only work if you provide your username and password on the Listeners page.

I was trying to save or copy the errors off the log but I can't do that.. Where is the log located and how do I send it to you?

If you want to send me the log file then use this: https://www.radiotoolbox.com/mail.php?id=1

Just choose "Browse" and attach the log file to the email.

You can find your Radio Toolbox log by going to:C:\Users\<Your windows username>\AppData\Local\RadioToolbox\log.txt
