Crash on new install of Windows 10

Post by shaffer143 »

Just downloaded and installed Radio Toolbox on my new computer. It initially opens up fine to where you sign in to your account. However, after signing in and clicking Finish, it crashes saying that its experienced a problem. I would submit the logs to help fix the issue, but I'm not sure where to find them. I don't see them in the install folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the filename for the installer?

Also you can get the logs by going to %LOCALAPPDATA%\RadioToolbox

If the installer filname is rtbsetup-2-2-1-300.exe

Try the latest 2.2.2 version: https://www.radiotoolbox.com/downloads/ ... -2-300.exe

While I have you though...is there any way to get listener numbers to work in RTB for Icecast servers? The two or three that I've put in it over the last year or so always show 0, but they do show the current song info at least.
