Hey

I was looking for non audio related Java applets and stumbled upon this on from Freedomaudio http://www.freedomaudio.com. So far it looks pretty good and is skinable

So I've been messing around with it a bit more and its pretty good. Doesnt display tracks but it works. This can be usefull for someone who is not allowed to install aps (Real Player, Winamp) on their computers at work,office, library and etc :)

yea I looked at this player a year ago or so, and it had potential, at that time it could only play Live365 streams, good to see it supports shoutcast now.

The interface is still kind of buggy but all in all a good alternative to making someone install a player into there system.

Seems to work ok in IE and sort of ok in NS but in Opera is screwd.

Yes, as far as i know it uses specific windows functions at the moment. With IE it's not problem to access them, with NS, opera it is...
