you are probably behind a proxy:

To find your IP address simply go to Radio Toolbox - Where You are.

Your IP address will be the large red dotted numbers.

If this still doesn't work then you are most likely behind a proxy in which case it may help to use your system to find your IP.

In Windows 95, 98, and ME
Go to Start -> Run -> type 'winipcfg'
A dialog box will appear noting your IP address.

In Windows NT, 2K, and XP
Go to Start -> Run -> type 'cmd'
A black dialog box (console) will appear, in this type 'ipconfig' w/o quotes and hit the enter key.

In Linux (most flavors):
Get to a console window SSH/Telnet or in WindowsX if not in console.
type '/sbin/ifconfig -a' w/o quotes. Push the Enter Key.
Typicall you will be using eth0, under that look for 'inet addr:' your IP will follow.

FreeBSD, SunOS/Solaris is similar to the Linux instructions except you will be looking for inet.

Mac OS X:
From the Apple Menu, open System Preferences and select the Network control panel. Select your ethernet card under Configure:, and select the TCP/IP tab.
