how can i listen to my music and stuff on steamcast using edcast?

You would set it up the exact same way you would as an Icecast 2 stream.
Setup your mount in Steamcast, give it a Mount User and then use those authentication details to send a stream to it from Edcast just as you would in an Icecast 2 server.
