Steamcast Directory Refresh

The Steamcast directory will now make every effort to tune into your stream utilizing HTML 5 or flash before requiring the user to use their own player.

This is starting a new project we are working on called the Steamcast Play API as part of our next release of Steamcast. More details on that when it's ready.
