hi team i have put my stream in correctly and radio toolbox keeps
bringing me back error can someone help....

i've put in https://188.165.192.5:9514/
and https://188.165.192.5:9513/

but getting error please help

use http://188.165.192.5:9513/autodj

https isn't enabled on your server.

Also make sure you use 2.3.0 RC2 as it has fixes for Icecast 2.4+

i'v again spoken to my streaming host, and they have said it's most probably a software error as there
streams are all working on both https and http. plus i have my radio toolbox setup correctly?

Your https urls don't work here either; both in chrome and firefox

hmm ok thanks what other software like radio toolbox would you recommend using.
i mean i'v been using radio toolbox for many years till now
