Listig just a few from total listeners

I have this problem: when User Agent is unknown, Radio Toolbox is showing only a few listeners from the total users that are connected in that moment to the stream. Connections started after that unknown User Agent are not listed and only when that user leave the stream, everything is refreshing ok. Is there a way to avoid this errors?

Can you provide some screenshots of what you are seeing? This board allows you to upload images.
