Air Check Cannot be turned on

I had to recreate the monitoring for my stream. Now I can no longer start the stream in the Air Check tab. The start button is not active. What do I have to set so that I can turn it back on?

Make sure you have activated Radio Toolbox. Place your account username and password on the Options page. Restart Radio Toolbox and make sure on the Options page it says "Activated".
