Cant start the server

Cant start the server

./steamcast: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Thats what i get am i doing something wrong
i am using linux redhat 9

yes was compiled on redhat 7.3
