Hello i`m new too this so if i want to use RTB then i get an ftp error
like this.....

12003 200 Type set to A||500 ORT not understanding||500 LPRT 500 not understood.

what is this, can anyone tell me please,

basically that means there is a port problem, you need to check your firewall or router settings to ensure you are able to connect correctly to your FTP server.

but if i connect with ftp pro with the same port and username and password i can connect right away so i don`t understand why it cannot be done with RTB

There's a difference between active and passive ftp. That usually is what causes firewall problems.
