Shoutcast directory listing

If I choose to use the Shoutcast directory listing option in Steamcast will I get banned from the Shoucast yp,the reason I ask is because I know they are banning yp touches from sources other than the Shoutcast server.
I am using windows xp and the latest version and am getting the no data flow error how is this fixed?

most reasons for being banned are due to content, technical problems, or cheating/hacking.
