sam broadcaster statistic relay

Can anyone please tell me why I cannot seem to get an active-OK on sam broadcaster statistic relay when I put in my external IP----It comes up active-0K when I put in my internal IP but yet the shoutcast monitor says:

I don't understand it!!
My server is on my PC that I have sam on and is open according to: http://www.radiotoolbox.com/online_tool ... ygetin.php

Any help is much appreciated

Your router may not support routing your external IP that way.
