problem connect to my id adress

i can not connect to my id adress with this site

More about this error: This means that you are most likely behind a firewall, this error esentially says that you and your computer aren't there. You might also check to be sure that your ip is 83.112.2.103, if it is not then you are behind some sort of proxy.

can you give me a solution please

Is 83.112.2.103 your IP address? If so are you behind a Firewall, NAT device like a linksys router or software firewall?
