Can't seem to get the live banner script working

Hello

I cant seem to get the live banner script working.

The script im talking about is the mentioned in the faqs.

Also when i try to look at my includes in my browser it just looks blank

you need to look at your includes.php file with a text editor, not through the browser.

it's not writing then, check radio toolbox for errors in Script service.

I looked at the status and i see no errors for Script Service. it just says Script Updated.
All the php files are chmoded 777 as it says in the readme

try running catcher.php through a browser and debugging. That can help determine if there is a problem.
