"Database Error: (Got error 134 from storage engine)"

Hope this makes sense to you, Jay.

fwiw: nothing seems to be not working... just the error.

yup. and I restarted RTB also... still have it.

k this should be fixed, let me know if you are still receiving this error. And yes, restart rtb.
