Geolocation doesn't work

Hi,

since I have installed the Radio Toolbox, the Geolocation feature doesn't work. Although the listener account is activated, when I click on the map, no listeners on the map are shown.

Can anybody help me?

You will need to provide credentials for your streaming servers on the "Listeners" tab before Geolocation will function.

I just looked up your account and it says it is not in Administration mode. This means that your credentials have failed. Try restarting Radio Toolbox and going to the "Listeners" Detail tab and re-entering your username and password for your server.

I have done this, my password is accepted by the Radio Toolbox program, but then I get a completely empty listeners window. I have made a screenshot so that you can see it.

Ah, I see, you are using a modified SHOUTcast binary. Radio Toolbox does not support unofficial or modified builds.

Which server and what version are you using?

Also, are you using a third party to host this server or are you hosting it yourself?

I use a server on england with centova.

I just looked at your panel and you are definitely getting meta data so you are using Icecast2 or SHOUTcast. Geolocation will require that you login using your credentials. If you gave your credentials already and the Listener panel is blank, restart Radio Toolbox, after the status bar says "Complete" go to your server. Select it. Now go to View in the menu bar and select Details. Now select the Listeners tab. If you see a login box, Radio Toolbox got the incorrect login information for your streaming server.
