Use your SHOUTcast server's username and password. If you have multiple servers in one station then it'll ask per server. It'll show you the server it is trying to connect to right above the box for username.

I am hoping to have something out in the next week.

There are a few more bugs that I need to stamp out and we are putting together the notification system to allow us to better educate users about some important changes that are coming to Radio Toolbox including the loss of Windows XP support after the New Year and new software projects that are coming over the horizon.

Feel free to PM me if you have any other issues you are running into with the Desktop program. I still have time to include a few more bug fixes.

First things first, make sure you have upgraded to version 2.2.2. You can do this by going to "Help" and choosing "About...". Then follow the instructions. After that, in order to have geolocation working you must provide the credentials for your SHOUTcast server in the "Listeners" Detail tab. It should prompt you for a username and password. If you cannot get past the login screen, you can private message me and give me more details about your server so that we can get this working.

My ussernam and password not accepted in listeners tab.

I have a similar problem but I appear to have all listeners grouped as the "Home" IP i.e. 127.0.0.1

Previously this used to work but as you can see from the screenshot I am only showing 2 listeners with valid IP addresses one in Germany and my own IP in France with all the rest being unable to be mapped.

Geolocation works for me but all listeners are shown as if they are from the UK
