authenticator on IceCast 2.5 beta1

Hey Jay. Long time non seen. How have you bin? I have bin good.
Now i need your help. I am starting a Hosting Service at mittutvarp.com and i am thinking about using IceCast in stead of Shoutcast if i am able to add users and mouthpoints without restarting the server it self i mean ice icecast server. I am trying to set the authenticator but i get this
authenticator (dummy)
Wuy is that?

Not sure I understand the question. Are you trying to login as an admin or as an encoder?
